Apartment Laundry Addition Feasibility Studies

IBGC supports our clients with providing laundry feasibility studies for their properties in order to determine if the addition of laundry equipment is feasible. We can assess your property and provide you with a cost estimate for the addition of the new laundry equipment.

Our Laundry Feasibility Study services include:

• Review of record documents and site conditions to determine if existing gas, electrical, hot water, cold water and sewer services can accommodate the addition of new gas or electric dryers and washers.
• Identify required upgrades to existing gas, electrical, water and sewer services required if existing conditions do no not support the addition of new laundry equipment.
• Prepare schematic design block diagrams for interior or exterior patio laundry closet options, which will address representative floor plans for a typical building type.
• Generate cost estimates and schedules for execution of the work.
